Free Introductory Call

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to introduce myself, address any concerns that you may have and for you to ask any questions.

Initial session 

At our first meeting, we will explore what brings you here, whether we could work well together and what our next steps may be. If I don’t feel as if I can help you myself, I will endeavour to signpost you towards alternative support.

Weekly sessions

My counselling and psychotherapy fees are £70 for a 50-minute face-to-face meeting in Hanwell, W7 or an online Zoom meeting.

Supervision fees

My supervision fees are £70 for a 60-minute face-to-face meeting in Hanwell, W7 or an online Zoom meeting.

My cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice, otherwise, the session fee is charged.
